• Analyse current production processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing techniques to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

• Design and implement efficient workflows and layout improvements in the production environment.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and ensure consistency.

• Design custom tools on CAD software
• Understand the limits and capabilities of our manufacturing workshop to efficiently design the tools
• Improve existing tools for process optimisation

• Identify opportunities for cost savings through process optimisation and resource utilisation.
• Implement cost-effective solutions while maintaining product quality and safety standards.

• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to monitor and improve product quality.
• Develop and implement quality control measures to reduce defects and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of SolidWorks is a plus.
