Mathieu Opticien is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Brand Communication Coordinator to support our brand’s presence across digital platforms.

 

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (static and video) for social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
  • Ensure that all visual and written content reflects the brand identity, tone, and values.
  • Design visuals or coordinate with freelancers/agencies as needed.

 

Community Engagement & Digital Listening

  • Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and brand mentions in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner.
  • Track social trends and competitor activity to keep the brand relevant and agile online.

 

Brand Visibility & Visual Merchandising

  • Support the marketing and retail teams in ensuring coherence between digital communication and in-store merchandising.
  • Assist in executing campaign visuals in-store and online, ensuring consistency in brand storytelling across all touchpoints.

 

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Analyse performance across platforms using analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Prepare regular performance reports to identify what’s working and where to improve.

 

Campaign & Event Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support events and promotional campaigns through content coordination and execution.
  • Ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of campaign-related assets.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a communication/marketing role (Experience in an advertising agency is a strong advantage)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and branding
  • Proficiency with digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google)
  • Working knowledge of design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude

 

Preferred Skills

  • Photography and/or video shooting and editing experience.
  • Familiarity with merchandising tools or retail marketing
  • Basic knowledge of analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
