Marketing Assistant
Our client is currently looking for a Marketing Assistant. The Marketing Assistant will support the execution of the company’s marketing initiatives. In this role, the candidate will manage day-to-day tasks, coordinate calendars, and help bring marketing campaigns to life. This is a great opportunity for a junior marketer passionate about delivering operational excellence and looking to grow in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the marketing calendar to ensure timely planning and coordination of activities.
- Upload, organize, and maintain marketing materials and assets for easy access and accuracy.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Create visually engaging graphics and marketing content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and implement creative marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to support decision-making.
- Manage and grow social media presence by creating content and engaging with the online community.
- Coordinate marketing events, promotions, and other activations.
- Track, monitor, and report on campaign and marketing initiative performance.
- To perform any other related duties as requested by the Head of Operations, Head of Marketing, General Manager or Chief Operating Officer as and when required and wherever possible.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or Communications, along with specialized training or certifications in digital marketing.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing operations or a related role.
- Strong planning and project execution abilities.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and an eye for creative visual content.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet)
- Highly organized, and detail oriented.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently. Willingness to support team objectives and take on ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the COO or Head of Marketing.
- Passionate about marketing with a desire to learn and grow professionally.
