Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present of the monthly management accounts
• Ensure there is no discrepancy in cash control and cash flow management
• Provide relevant and reliable management accounts as per agreed deadline
• Ensure payment to payables are done and according to the procedures set within the company
• Monitor and reconciliation of bank accounts
• Prepare and reconcile the control accounts
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
• Assist in the preparation of Audit schedule and Financial Statements
• Ensure that all statutory returns are submitted within time frame including reports to Regulatory bodies
• Preparation of Quarterly summary financial reports for presentation to the board
• Assist in Budget Preparation
• Liaise with external auditors and tax specialist to ensure Audited accounts/Corporate Tax Return are ready in due time.
