Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately and promptly perform data entry related to courier operations using internal systems
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Provide high-quality assistance and support to customers
• Prepare and verify gate passes, ensuring proper issuance and documentation
• Maintain an up-to-date database of intervention listings for all import and export activities
• Carry out deliveries and pick-ups as required

Requirements:

• Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent qualification, preferably in the courier or logistics sector
• Prior experience in the courier industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Possession of a valid private car driving license
• Energetic, customer-focused, and solution-oriented with a proactive mindset
