Proven experience in a similar HR role (minimum 3–5 years)
Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR practices

Degree in Human Resources
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department
Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices

Support recruitment and onboarding activities
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Prepare HR reports and support audits when required
