To assist the Financial Controller / Accountant in the smooth and professional running of the Accounting section, and to be responsible for undertaking all administrative as well as basic accounting duties within the assigned section(s).
- Prepares invoices / bills.
- Collects daily cash transactions and reconciles the cash receipts.
- Provide concerned department with the fund needed.
- Caculates daily Farex Commission and reconciliation of same.
- Records and reconciles all credit card transactions.
- Liaises with other institution / banks.
- Preparation of reports as requested by the Financial Controller / Accountant.
- Knowledge in Sicorax Accounting will be a definite advantage.
- Other cognate duties.
