Job Summary:

As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing digital projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards You will play a crucial role in coordinating internal teams, managing client communications, and driving the successful execution of a variety of digital projects, including website development, web applications, and digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle from concept to completion

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders

• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints

• Establish comprehensive project plans and timelines, monitoring progress against these metrics

• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects

• Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to design and implement digital projects

• Manage client communications and expectations, providing regular updates on project status

• Identify project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track

• Ensure quality assurance by reviewing project deliverables and providing constructive feedback

• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify lessons learned

• Troubleshoot non-technical issues that may arise during the project lifecycle

• Utilize project management tools and software to streamline processes and improve collaboration

• Stay up-to-date with the latest relevant technological trends and apply these to the company’s digital projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Business Management, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Digital Project Manager or in a similar role

• Proven experience in managing digital projects, including website development, web applications, and digital marketing campaigns

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, technologies, and trends

• Familiarity with web development processes and tools (such as HTML and CSS)

• Good understanding of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Drupal

• Experience with project management software such as MS Project, AtTask, Asana, or Trello

• Proficient with MS Office

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum)

• Experience working in an Agile environment
