The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests entering the spa. This role is responsible for providing a warm, professional welcome, efficiently handling bookings, promoting spa services and products, and ensuring a smooth and relaxing guest experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet all spa guests warmly and ensure a high level of customer service at all times.
Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Schedule and confirm spa appointments using the booking system.
Provide detailed information about spa treatments, packages, retail products, and promotions.
Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Coordinate with therapists and other spa team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area and retail displays.
Handle guest concerns or complaints gracefully and escalate when necessary.
Assist in inventory control and restocking of retail products.
Uphold all spa policies and procedures, including hygiene and safety standards.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or wellness is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience in as in a spa, hospitality, or wellness environment.
Proficient in English and French both in verbal and written.
Proficient in using booking software and MS Office tools.
Basic knowledge of spa treatments and products is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
