We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Development Executive to design, implement, and manage programs that foster employee growth, career progression, and organizational capability.

 

 Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Management:

    • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
    • Administer, coordinate, and deliver training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Manage training logistics and documentation, including attendance records and evaluations.
    • Interface with the Mauritius Qualifications Authority (MQA) and Human Resources Development Council (HRDC) to ensure compliance with training standards and regulations.
  2. Orientation:

    • Design and implement comprehensive orientation programs for new hires to facilitate a smooth integration into the organization.
    • Provide information on company policies, culture, and expectations during the orientation process.
  3. Performance Management & Personal Development Planning:

    • Collaborate with managers to facilitate the performance management process.
    • Support employees in the development of Personal Development Plans (PDPs) to enhance their skills and career progression.
  4. Internship Program:

    • Develop and manage internship programs to attract and nurture young talent.
    • Establish and maintain partnerships with schools and educational institutions to enhance the internship pipeline.
    • Coordinate the recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship of interns.
  5. Occupation Permit Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with occupation and work permit requirements for employees.
    • Manage the application process for work permits and student permits related to internship programs.
    • Liaise with relevant authorities to address any permit-related issues.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent development, training, and HR processes.
  • Familiarity with dealing with MQA &HRDC.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
