We are looking for a Test Engineer Lead to join our team to ensure the quality of deliverables throughout the agile software development life cycle.

What you’ll get to do

• Drive and participate in continuous application improvements by developing automated tests and helping in Manual Testing.
• Design and build scalable automated test frameworks and test suites working across multiple technologies. Test complex API services and web applications.
• Mentor and train team on technologies, processes and best practices. Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot automated test suites through continuous integration.
• Work closely with software developers to create software artifacts including test plans, test cases, test procedures and test reports. Ensure automated tests are effectively covering new product features and associated requirements.
• Analyze automated test results and improve automated test coverage to maintain product quality. Drive initiatives across teams to identify and develop ways to improve code testability and maintainability.
• Be adaptable in learning new methodologies and technologies to improve the automated testing processes

What we are looking for:

• University degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years of experience, preferable in the role of Software Developer in Test or Test Automation Engineer or equivalent. 3+ years of experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, with good knowledge in Object Oriented Programming
• Proficiency with SQL and an understanding of relational database system Ability to work in a team setting with little to no supervision
• Experience working in an Agile development environment and excellent understanding of the development process Inquisitive attitude a must
• Investigate, report, and track product failures to resolution Excellent collaboration and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience in Automation testing tools and software such as (not all): SpecFlow, Selenium Webdriver, Fitnesse, Cucumber.

Good to have (But will consider even if not present):

• Experience working with enterprise cloud application in HCM space
• Knowledge in web services, API, components, accessibility testing
