Universal Motors Ltd, the automotive dealership which represents BAIC, GEELY, and FODAY in Mauritius, is looking for energetic and driven Sales Advisors and Sales Executives to join our growing team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and guide customers through the sales process
  • Present and promote our range of vehicles confidently and professionally
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable models and financing options
  • Prepare quotations and follow up with clients through to final sale and delivery
  • Handle vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities
  • Assist with showroom readiness and promotional events
  • Ensure customer satisfaction before, during, and after the sale

Profile & Requirements

  • Proven sales experience (automotive sales is an advantage)
  • Passion for vehicles and excellent product presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (French & English)
  • Customer-focused mindset and positive attitude
  • Strong negotiation and follow-up ability
  • Professional appearance and punctuality
  • Valid driving license
