The job is to provide administrative assistant to the Auditors, Consultants and Trainers' team as well as dealing with customers, some governmental bodies like MQA, HRDC, Fire Services... as well as the accountants of the organisation.
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.
Responsibilities
- Provide Administrative assistance to the team for the proper management and follow-up of daily operations
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Register courses with HRDC, MQA
- Deal with HRDC, MQA and other governmental bodies
- Assist the accounting services
- Liaise with suppliers and order supplies
- Prepare instructions for payments of orders and suppliers
- Prepare and submit training materials to trainers
- Liaise with customers
- Provide sales support in emailing and calls
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Schedule and confirm meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum HSC
- Prior experience in an Administrative cum Customer Relationship position will be a definite advantage but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Skills in social media, website will be an advantage
