We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our team of Tax professionals.
Your Next Challenge:
- Engage with Client Projects: Manage the administrative aspects of client assignments, guiding them from initiation through to successful completion.
- Support Management: Assist in drafting and reviewing engagement letters, oversee the engagement process, and report on its progress.
- Ensure Project Continuity: Oversee day-to-day management of permanent files and facilitate archiving processes.
- Serve as Key Contact: Act as the primary contact for both your team and clients regarding administrative quality, independence, and legal aspects.
Your skills:
- Diploma in Business Administration or Secretarial Studies.
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of prior relevant experience is advantageous
- Fluent in spoken English and French.
- Excellent communication abilities, a collaborative mindset, service-oriented approach, and keen attention to detail.
- A curious mindset with a readiness to engage directly with teams in a Tax environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate and connect with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to handle and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work autonomously with initiative.
