Main responsibilities:

• Plans, controls and supervises departmental activities to ensure adequate coordination and operations implementation between the different Food and Beverages outlets according to management directives and in conformity with the hotel policies, procedures and standards;
• Defines Food and Beverages standards and ensures quality in food products and services;
• Ensures high-quality service delivery and compliance with brand standards;
• Liaises with the F&B team of Dinarobin to ensure seamless coordination and execution of shared events and activities.
• Manages and mentors F&B department heads and their teams;
• Analyses financial reports and implements initiatives to drive revenue and manage costs;
• Drives guest satisfaction through innovation, personalization, and consistency;
• Collaborates with culinary teams to develop menus and seasonal offerings;
• Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations;
