We're looking for a Support Engineer who’s eager to grow in a cutting-edge environment and ready to take on exciting technical challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for our in-house solutions
- Diagnose and resolve complex incidents across hybrid environments
- Work with ITSM tools and apply ITIL best practices
- Guide clients in optimizing and using our platforms effectively
- Build expertise in modern collaborative and cloud technologies such as Webex, Microsoft Teams, Genesys Cloud, and AWS Connect
Requirements:
- Degree in Networking or equivalent, with strong skills in Cloud (Azure, AWS) and Server environments
- 3–5 years’ experience in technical support roles
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) and familiarity with ITIL practices
