We're looking for a Support Engineer who’s eager to grow in a cutting-edge environment and ready to take on exciting technical challenges.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for our in-house solutions
  • Diagnose and resolve complex incidents across hybrid environments
  • Work with ITSM tools and apply ITIL best practices
  • Guide clients in optimizing and using our platforms effectively
  • Build expertise in modern collaborative and cloud technologies such as Webex, Microsoft Teams, Genesys Cloud, and AWS Connect
Requirements:
  • Degree in Networking or equivalent, with strong skills in Cloud (Azure, AWS) and Server environments
  • 3–5 years’ experience in technical support roles
  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) and familiarity with ITIL practices
