Mission
As Fleeti Mauritius continues its expansion in the region, we are seeking a dedicated Service Center Agent to ensure the smooth operation of our customer support services. We need a detail-oriented individual who loves engaging with customers and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role involves leading our service center team, addressing client inquiries, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and overseeing the preparation and delivery of weekly customer reports.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure a seamless customer experience.
Master our platform to effectively assist clients in its usage.
Train and onboard clients on the use of our tools.
Manage weekly, monthly, or on-demand client reports.
Ensure the proper functioning of client-installed accessories and equipment.
Respond efficiently to daily client requests.
Master Excel and Ticketing tools

Opening hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM On Week days
Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree or experience in customer service is preferred, but your attitude and mindset are what truly matter at Fleeti.
Mindset: You are proactive, unafraid of challenges, and take initiative to stay in control.
Skills: Comfortable with digital solutions and SaaS platforms; precise, organized, and detail-oriented.
Language: Fluent in both French and English.
Software Proficiency: Skilled in using software like Excel and Ticketings solutions (VOIP and Ticketing services).
