Assists the Bar Manager and the Assistant Bar Manager with establishing monthly shift rosters for Team Members. Maximises the aesthetic appeal of the bar by use of display, decoration items and buffet ups.

• Maximises the aesthetic appeal of the bar by use of display, decoration items and buffet ups.
• Assists the Bartenders and the Assistants Bartenders to take orders in assigned section whenever required.
• Double checks tray before serving guest to ensure food and beverages items tally with orders.

Orders Taking & Processing

Billing Procedures

• Forwards orders to cashier for input in Micros system.
• Presents bill to client for settlement.
• Checks at all the times that bills are accurate and signed by guests.
• Audits bills to ensure that all money due has been collected in accordance with the Hotel’s policy.
