C-Care, part of the healthcare cluster of CIEL Group, is a Mauritian private healthcare group, owning and operating the two main private healthcare facilities in Mauritius, namely C-Care Darné and C-Care Wellkin Hospital. C-Care also owns and manages C-Care Clinic and C-Lab.

C-Care is currently looking for a Group Clinical Directorate Manager to be based at the corporate office in C-Care Wellkin.

Reporting to the Group Head of Quality, Patient Safety and Clinical Affairs, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Ensure consistent implementation of clinical governance frameworks.
• Align practices with accreditation standards (e.g., COHSASA, CHKS).
• Lead recruitment, credentialing, and onboarding of medical professionals.
• Monitor clinical activity and performance metrics (e.g., patient volumes, clinical outcomes).
• Collaborate with HR and hospital management to ensure service coverage and medical excellence.
• Develop/lead the implementation of evidence-based clinical protocols and SOPs.
• Drive innovation in digital health tools, dashboards, and care models.
• Participate in the planning of new services and clinical expansions.
• Mentor and guide leaders, BU EXCO.
• Build leadership capacity and succession plans for critical clinical roles.
• Provide clinical insight into strategic planning and board-level discussions.
• Represent the directorate in accreditation reviews, stakeholder forums, and strategic alliances.

What are we looking for?

• Commercial Degree or equivalent / BCom / strong commercial background / previous business clinical experience in clinical field (preferred).
• Master’s degree in healthcare management, Clinical Governance, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 8–10 years' leadership / managerial experience, including multi-site or group-level oversight.
