As an Admin Assistant, your role involves a variety of tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, communication, and assisting with projects as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Academic Qualifications:
Minimum Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
- Professional Experience:
At least two (2) years of proven experience in a similar administrative or support role.
- Language Proficiency:
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and French.
- Core Competencies:
High level of professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Result-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
