We are looking for a dynamic and committed HR Officer to join our HR team. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle various HR functions with attention to detail and professionalism.

 

Key responsibilities of HR Officer:

  • Assist with day to day operations of HR Functions
  • Manage and update accurately employee records on Sicorax
  • To ensure proper functioning , monitoring and data input in time & attendance system
  • Daily monitoring on punctuality, absenteeism as per time and attendance system
  • Collect and verify employees’ attendance record for payroll processing
  • Undertake administrative duties as required
  • Handle employee complaints and grievances
  • Act as Support to HR team in assisting in other HR Related , Training and Welfare tasks
  • Address employee questions or concerns related to HR Policies
  • Handle exit interviews and manage related documentation.
  • Keeps employees personal records up to date.
  • Assist in Casual and Transport Management

Required profile:

•  Minimum Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources Management
• At least 1 year experience in related field
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Sense of confidentiality and discretion
• Agility to deliver at pace with a can-do approach
• Proficiency in MS office (excel, word, power point)
• Flexible, organized and pro-active
