We are looking for a Head of Department for Construction

 

Roles and Responsibilities: 
  • Managing whole department
  • Project Coordination/planning
  • On site coordination
  • Monitor Labour force (employees/contractors)
  • Material/Cost Analysis
  • Stock level control (ensuring re-order in time)
  • Quoting potential clients/Searching for new projects
  • Building up client portfolio
  • Achieving sales targets
  • Bringing innovation and new ideas to the department
  • Inter-department sharing; selling overall company features
  • Give regular reports to Management 
  • AOB

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience on a similar role in the construction sector.
  • Strong organisation skills, ability to plan work, meet deadlines
  • Show initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Tact, discretion and respect for confidentiality
  • Able to work in team
