We are looking for a Head of Department for Construction
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing whole department
- Project Coordination/planning
- On site coordination
- Monitor Labour force (employees/contractors)
- Material/Cost Analysis
- Stock level control (ensuring re-order in time)
- Quoting potential clients/Searching for new projects
- Building up client portfolio
- Achieving sales targets
- Bringing innovation and new ideas to the department
- Inter-department sharing; selling overall company features
- Give regular reports to Management
- AOB
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience on a similar role in the construction sector.
- Strong organisation skills, ability to plan work, meet deadlines
- Show initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Tact, discretion and respect for confidentiality
- Able to work in team
