Responsible for all Operations of boutiques; to provide training for team members; setting and achieving realistic targets and meet customer needs and demands; and assists closely the Boutique Manager for product development

 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
1Supervise the Sales team and identify necessary training measures
2Makes recommendations to Superior on team members’ matters and promotions
3Keep his superior informed about all unusual matters concerning any plans affecting his/her area
4Ensure that discipline prevails within the team and communicates any disciplinary issues to Superior / HR Manager
5Act as a coach
6Follow up induction of new recruits + training on products details
7Do and follow-up of rosters, punctuality, absenteeism and take corrective actions when necessary
8Ensure recruitement process of sales team
9Coordinate & supervise activities in Boutiques
10Ensure Guests’ satisfaction 
11Ensure that respective team projects a warm, professional and welcome image 
12Interact regularly with guest to obtain feedbacks for improvement
13Supervise the salesgirl in the promotion of  the different outlets, theme nights and other events by informing clients.
14Carry out effective and efficient services and assistance for both internal and external customers
15Maintain cooperative working relationships with other staff members
16Participate in Eco Standard/Sustainable Responsibility set by the hotel
17Maintain a strict monitoring of sales – Follow up daily sales and ensure that the targets are achieved
18Keep the Sales team motivated
19Carry out regular spot checks and supervise stock-taking with the Cost Controllers
20Ensure proper payment are made to all suppliers within time limits
21Perform regular stock analysis reports (turnover, costs, etc…) and sometimes propose alternative solutions to improve service and minimise costs 
22Assist in carrying out physical inventories for stock control purposes and input relevant data on stock system for proper management
23Ensure energy saving (electricity,water)
24Maintain a daily event checklist in the shop
25Conduct quality spot check within the outlets (salesgirls display furniture storage etc…)
26Conduct regular briefings and monthly meetings with team members in order to handle any administrative or working issues
27Attend sales demonstrations with suppliers to obtain information about the range of available products
28Communicate all information from the merchandisers concerning each product in the shop to the Sales Girls, so as to improve sales
29Ensure that shops are opened and closed as per set times
30Discuss with Boutique Manager concerning approval of selected products
31Create and input all receiving of shop products on stock system (WINHMS)
32Order products by mail, fax and reception the latter
33Verify quantity and conditions of purchase products or articles if required
34Check invoices received and reconciles the latter with Purchase Orders
35Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units
36Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society
