Our client is recruiting a highly skilled and motivated HR Technology & Process Improvement Lead, to join the Group Human Resources team.
This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR technology, driving process improvements, and leveraging HR data analytics to support strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR systems, data analysis, and process optimisation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain and leverage the HRIS and ensure it is up-to-date and effectively support HR processes
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR operations and efficiency
- Develop and maintain HR data analytics capabilities, providing insights and reports to support strategic HR initiatives
- Work closely with the HR team and other department(s) to ensure technology solutions align with organisational goals
- Oversee HR technology projects, including implementations and enhancements
- Customise HR apps for the HRIS whenever needed
- Provide training and support to staff on the use of HR technology
- Ensure data integrity and security within HR systems
- Address technical challenges and ensure smooth operation of HR system
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR technology and analytics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field
- IT Degree will be a definite advantage
- Experience with process improvement methodologies, for e.g. Lean Six Sigma
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms
- Proven experience in managing HR technology systems and data analytics
- Excellent project management and organisational abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
