Our client is seeking to recruit for the post of HR Officer who will report to the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new hires, including seasonal and event-based staff.
- Handle employee queries and resolve day-to-day HR issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in organizing staffing for racing events, ensuring prope recoverage and shift planning.
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, salaries, deductions, and overtime payments.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for internal and external use.
Profiles:
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources.
- Previous experience in an HR role.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
