We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing & Fabrication Specialist with 5 to 10+ years of experience in steel, aluminium fabrication, repairs and welding and solar installation.

The candidate must have expertise in manufacturing metal fabrication tasks; and experienced with solar installing and support solar structures and system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and manufacture steel and aluminium components.
• Perform repairs and welding on various metal structures.
• Fabricate and install support structures for solar panel system.
• Ensure precision, quality and structural integrity in all manufacturing and installation.
• Follow safety and production guidelines, including solar safety standards.

 Requirements:

• 5 to 10+ years of experience in metal fabrication, welding, repairs, and solar installation.
• Strong skills in handling aluminium and steel materials.
• Practical experience in solar structure fabrication and installation (roof-mount, ground-mount, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including solar installation plans.
• Good control and maintenance of fabrication tools and solar installation equipment.
• Knowledge of industry best practices for solar system installation and safety.
• Vocational diploma, technical certificate, or equivalent qualification in Welding, Metal Fabrication, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in solar installation.
