One of our client is looking for an Administrative Officer.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
- Coordinate schedules and manage workflow to ensure optimal productivity.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues from clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to administrative processes and systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- HSC.
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools).
- Result Oriented and Team player.
- Dynamic & Self Motivated.
