Our client, a travel agency is seeking to recruit a Travel Designer who will report to the Agency Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development, promotion and selling of packages to customers.
• Make flight reservations and issue air tickets by performing input of transactions on Amadeus / Galileo / websites.
• Make reservations of hotel accommodation, transfers, cruise, car rentals.
• Prepare quotations, credit and debit memos for invoicing.
• Ensure excellent relations with customers and other business partners.
• Handle administrative duties.
• Follow up on all reservations and proposed packages with suppliers and customers.
• Create artworks for communication and digital marketing purposes.
• Assist in the management and maintenance of company Social Media page.

Profile:

• A minimum of three years of experience in the Travel Industry and have a good knowledge of Amadeus and Galileo software.
• Very good communications skills.
• Good team player and have proper knowledge of Microsoft Office like Word and PowerPoint.
• Pleasant personality.
