Assisting the Mechatronics Engineer to design, plan, organise and lead projects Acting as a support to the Maintenance Manager in planning and assigning work to the maintenance team
Main Responsibilities
Assist the Mechatronics Engineer in
- Ensuring that designs are reliable, safe and conform to engineering standards
- Allocating resources and active participation to projects
- Ensuring projects are completed within time-frame
Assist the Maintenance Manager in
- Ensuring that the preventive maintenance schedule is continuously updated and followed
- Documenting interventions effected for the build-up of a knowledge database
- Identifying gaps and correcting them before downtime occurs
- Fault finding of machines to ensure minimal downtime
- Planning corrective maintenance based on maintenance requests from operators or based on identified gaps.
Profile
- Bachelor of Mechatronics Engineering
- At least 1 year traineeship or work experience in similar field
