We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Reconciliation and Payment Officer to join our dynamic team at HFM.

Your role at HFM:

• Maintain bank and payment service providers reconciliation monthly.
  
• Report daily balances of the company and highlight exposure on time.
  
• Post all transactions into the system in a timely and accurately.
  
• Reconciliation of monthly salary package and liaise with the external provider.
  
• Balance all payroll ledger accounts, including the posting of all payroll related journals.
  
• Processing of payment to suppliers and service providers.
  
• Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
  
• Liaise with External Auditor to ensure a clean and timely year audit.
  
• Liaising with banks, service providers, Ministry of Labour, Business Mauritius and MRA as and when required.
  
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Accountant.

What You Bring:

• BA/BSc in Management, Human Resources, Finance or any related field.
  
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation skills.
  
• Fluent in English oral and written.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Sensitive to numbers and accounting policies.
  
• Good team player with ability to work independently and under pressure.
  
• Fast learner and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  
• Excellent time management and focus on result and performance.
  
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationship across business units.
  
• Willing to take greater challenges as well as opportunities.
