Core Duties:
• Working on pre-determined strategies to optimize sales of all venues
• Attending queries through telephone/emails/meetings
• Meeting with expectation to exceed pre-determined and approved monthly budgeted figures for Banqueting, Food & Beverage sale in the hotels

- Working on pre-determined strategies to optimize sales of all venues
- Attending queries through telephone/emails/meetings
- Meeting with expectation to exceed pre-determined and approved monthly budgeted figures for Banqueting, Food & Beverage sale in the hotels
- Finalizing booking arrangements & requirements with clients while maximizing revenue
- Directing clients as to the best alternatives based on clients’ requests
- Coordinating with operations team on a timely basis
- Maintaining client database and ensuring that it is continually updated
- Issuing reports on a weekly and monthly basis
- Understanding and analyzing market trends
Desired Profile:
- Bachelor of Hotel Management or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
- Knowledge of Property Management’s System, Opera Sales and Catering will be an advantage/
- Minimum 1-2 years experience as Sales Coordinator or Banquet Coordinator in a hotel environment.
- Outgoing and pleasant personality with a positive service attitude.
- Customer-oriented and sales driven.
- Flexible upon working hours.
