Are you a fluent (native-level) German speaker with a passion for sales and connecting with people? We’re on the lookout for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team based in the North of Mauritius.
As an SDR, you’ll play a key role in driving our sales efforts—reaching out to potential clients in the DACH region, scheduling meetings, and building strong pipelines to support our senior sales executives.
Qualifications, skills and experience required:
Native-level fluency in German (spoken and written) – non negotiable.
A strong interest in sales and business development
A Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) or similar qualification with excellent academic results trhough HSC and tertiary qualifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Previous experience with cold calling or sales
Job description:
Conducting outbound cold calls to prospects in the DACH region
Qualifying leads and setting up meetings for the senior sales team
Keeping CRM records up to date and accurate
Meeting and exceeding weekly KPIs and performance targets
Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to fine-tune outreach strategies
Continuously improving your sales skills through training and feedback
