Payroll Specialist - Paradis Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa

Paradis Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa is looking for a Payroll Specialist.

 

Job Duties:

  • Manages the end-to-end payroll process;
  • Maintains confidential and up-to-dates employee records, including personal information, tax documentation, and direct deposit information;
  • Monitors time and attendance records, verifying their accuracy and addressing any discrepancy in collaboration with department managers;
  • Maintains meticulous records of all payroll and HR-related documents, ensures accessibility and confidentiality. 
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by Management
Candidate Profile:
  • Higher School Certificate or equivalent;
  • Diploma/Bachelor in Human Resources Management or equivalent;
  • Previous professional experience in related function will be an advantage;
  • Knowledge of Sicorax HR & Vipertex would be an advantage;
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills;
  • Should possess a pleasant and outgoing personality;
  • Strong leadership and ability to remain calm and professional in high pressure situations;
  • Able and willing to perform odd hours of work including Sundays, public holidays and cyclonic days;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
