Our client in the IT sector is seeking to recruit an Accounts Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily invoicing functions within the accounting Dept. Updating invoicing sheet with relative information for Management .
- Cash Book and bank statement Entries.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Credit Card Reconciliation.
- Assist accounts payable and accounts receivable in respect to accounting tasks.
- Input supplier invoices in Accpac.
- Input Stock codes and other information in relation to costing of stocks in each country.
- Process AP expense invoices in Accpac.
- Perform General Administrative Duties such as filling of documents, prepare working schedules.
- Printing of invoices and other relevant documents.
- Preparation of PRF and assist in expenses compilation.
- Petty Cash expense compilation.
- WHT table preparation and updates.
- Assist the accounting team in any other relevant tasks.
- Any cognate duties assigned by Finance Manager or Accountant and any assistance as when required for accounts department.
- Any cognate duties assigned in relation to the job.
Profile:
- HSC with ACCA Level 1.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the same field.
- Attention to details.
- Time Management.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
