The Human Resource Coordinator will be responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, payroll processing, performance monitoring and employee counselling.
- Assist the Human Resources Manager in establishing and maintaining effective employee relations.
- Assist in the recruitment process.
- Do all formalities of new recruits upon commencement.
- Do the monthly payroll processing.
- Do all payroll related reports and do follow up with Finance department with regards to payment of all social costs.
- Monitor the monthly Sunday Pay/ Public Holiday Pay/ and Overtime Pay
- Ensure that weekly rosters and attendance sheets for all departments are closely monitored.
- Ensure smooth day to day operation and cleanliness of the staff canteen, staff changing room and locker rooms.
- Attends to employees’ grievances and complaints; provides guidance if necessary.
- Review, update and maintain proper filling of all HR related documentation.
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
