The Warranty Administrator role plays a key part in the relationship between dealership, customers and the manufacturer.

 

The Role of Warranty Administrator will inlcude:

- Being involved in every aspect of the day-to-day warranty claims preparation and processing making sure claims are processed in the established time frame

- Process all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation 

- Monitoring and follow up of claims submitted

 

To be successful as a Warranty Administrator you will need to be:

- Highly organised

- Have a strong attention to detail and good communication skills 

- Be open and enthusiastic to training

- Be willing on occasion to travel to attend manufacturer development or audit meetings and trainings

- Experience of working within the motor industry whether it be in warranty or service would be preferred
