Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. We are recruiting for one of our client in the offshore sector a Trust / Company Administrator.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for
Main Responsibilities:
- The formation of client companies and trusts in Mauritius and in other jurisdictions;
- The administration of a portfolio of client Companies, Trusts and Foundations;
- Collecting fees from clients at each billing run and following up regularly with those who do not settle their fees on time;
- Attending meetings with clients and their advisers, as required;
- Ensuring that adequate KYC documentation is requested from clients and kept on file;
- Liaison with external bodies such as the Financial Services Commission, the Registrar of Companies, auditors, banks, investment houses etc., as required
- To act in a proactive manner when dealing with clients and to refer to Management any potential new business; this involves listening to client needs and being aware of the financial services and products offered by the Company.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Economic / Management or Law
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position
