Transport and Planning Officer

Espace Maison Ltée is looking to recruit for immediate employment a Transport and Logistic Officer, who will ensure the efficient and smooth coordination of transportation and logistics activities within the warehouse department.

 Key Result Areas:

• Ensure proper planning of schedule for delivery drivers on a daily basis.
• Ensure that drivers are adhering to the planned itinerary.
• Follow-up of the drivers' log book.
• Liaise with shops for any transfers
• Ensure that vehicles are well maintained and kept in good conditions.
• Plan servicing of vehicles and equipment.
• Ensure that the vehicles are in conformity with the legislation.

 Required profile:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma in Logistic Management
• At least 2 years’ experience in related field
• Strong knowledge of delivery principles and practices
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
