Reneworld Ltd a member of Eclosia Group is currently looking for a Transport Officer to join it's dynamic team.

Maintain and optimize all transportation vehicles for the company to ensure operations run smoothly. The Transport Officer plans the logistics of the company’s vehicles, the procurement of transportation, as well as the dispatching and collection of documents.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan all outgoings, dispatches, and collections of assets and documents.
• Vehicle allocation, schedule servicing/repairs, payment, and vehicle rotations and replacements.
• Liaise with logistics suppliers for the operation’s needs.
• Build a daily and monthly mileage report.
• Perform a spot check, conduct vehicles survey, report damage and property loss.
• Assist in all procedures and formalities in case of an accident.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your reporting line.

Profile Requirements

• Certificate or diploma in transportation or logistics.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the automobile industry
