Training Coordinator

Atalian Interactive is recruiting a Training & Qualitor Coordinator for an English campaign.

Duties :

• Create initial and continuous training materials.
• Provide initial and continuous training sessions.
• Participate in the development of employee skills through coaching sessions, debriefing and work sessions.
• Lead, teach, onboard, and evaluate new hires.
• Evaluate employees and identify weaknesses and specific training needs.
• Based on research, plan and implement training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths
• Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
• Build daily, weekly, monthly training program.
• Oversee employee attendance and performance during training period.
• Gather feedback from trainees after each educational session.
• Compile and track performance for teams and individual level.
• Perform regular monitoring to ensure accurate and consistent process compliance.
• Provide performance expectations, action plans and development plans to improve quality.
• Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
• Work in close collaboration with the Team Leaders, operation team and QA analyst for the continuous improvement of the quality level
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders and liaise with business process owners regarding instructional design.
• Provide weekly training progress report to both internal and external stake holders

Profile :

• Excellent communication in English, written and spoken.
• Ability to multi task, organize and prioritize your work load effectively to meet the business and customers’ requirements.
• Ability to use Excel, Word and Power Point
• An inquisitive, creative and problem-solving ability.
• Experience as trainer / training coordinator would be an advantage.
• Ability to work odd hours.
