BDO IT Consulting Ltd is recruiting a Training Coordinator who will be reporting to the L&D Executive/ Manager, he/ she will assist in the day to day running of BDO IT Consulting Training Centre and ensuring the implementation of the Quality Management Standards.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Learning and Development Manager/ Executive to ensure that we abide by the MQA Quality Assurance Framework
  • Assist in marketing corporate training.
  • Organise training from end to end.
  • Liaise with client for registration process and assist them for HRDC G1 and G3 application.
  • Coordinate with all external training service providers and stakeholders (Local or International)
  • Work in close collaboration with MQA and HRDC
 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Degree in the field of Management or related field
  • Previous work experience in related field or in a training institution will be an advantage.
 SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES 
  • Presentation skills
  • Communication skills (French & English)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Take ownership.
