The Reservation Agents will responsible for responding to individual leisure and mid-size group inquiries, and assisting clients with destination and product-related queries.

Are you passionate about travel and looking to kick-start your career in the tourism industry? Look no further! Silver Wings Travels Ltd, a leading travel agency and tour operator, is seeking motivated and dedicated Trainee Reservation Agents to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries for individual leisure and mid-size groups.
• Assist clients on destination and product related queries and information
• Curate customised itineraries as per client requirements.
• Process reservation requests from inquiry to confirmation with client and supplier.
• Maintain customer relationship through tele calls and other means of communication.
• Prepare proforma invoices.
• Follow up with clients for payments.
• Coordinate with internal departments towards processing of invoices and payments.
• Communicate with guests during their stay to ensure they are comfortable during their stay.
• Share guest feedback with team for service improvement.
• Coordinate with planning and other departments for quality control on guest experience

Requirements:

• HSC holder
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the travel industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software.
• Passion for travel and willingness to go above and beyond to exceed client expectations.
