- Residential Air Conditioning & Air Treatment Solutions Department; and

- Water Engineering Department.

JOB PROFILE

Role & Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Provide expert advice on installations, commissioning and service to customers that meet or exceed their expectations.
• Assist in project implementation and attend site meetings whenever required.
• Assist sales team in delivery of proposals and presentations where necessary to close strategic deals.
• Assist in preparation, follow-up and submission of tenders or quotations.
• Follow-up with suppliers on technical aspects of existing and new products.
• Keep up to date with market trends and new technologies.
• Ensure that a long-term business partnership is built-up with our customers whereby their needs and requirements are understood.
• Any other cognate duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical/Mechatronics.
• NC3 or NC4 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning would be an advantage.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role together with experience in sales will be an advantage.
• Product knowledge in solution selling to meet clients’ expectations.
• Upselling and cross-selling - ability to identify opportunities for expansion revenue and stay on top of any changes or new opportunities. 
• Ability to build network to leverage good customer relationships.
• Professionalism and outgoing personality.
• Critical thinking skills and negotiating powers.
• Valid driving licence for private car.
