MISSION & CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
MISSION:

• People management; add value to all team members
• Take care of members’ concerns and requests.
• Facilitate communication between management and SEN Team.
• Keep team on track in terms of performance.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coach, develop and inspire Supplier Engagement team
• Follow up on productivity and quality of team members; and report on team progress
• Recruit and train new comers
• Participate and help implement new changes, processes and projects.
• Ensure KPIs are aligned with Management Strategy and set targets
• Liaise with other EcoVadis departments to ensure supplier’ queries (internal and external) are answered within set deadlines
• Manage specific supplier-focused projects
• Support International Coordinator in processes monitoring and operational tasks
• Manage and maintain all supplier-focused documents, presentations and databases
• Ensure a positive, cohesive and motivating atmosphere in the team
• Management leaves and permissions of staff
SPECIFIC TASKS RELATED TO ENGAGEMENT TEAM:
• Participate in operations (outgoing calls, Zendesk), share efforts with the team to hit the monthly KPI and targets

• Help to ensure that relations between other processes (Campaign Launch, 360) are clear and well-functioning

• Calling regular meetings to provide people with feedback, re-communicate and re-emphasize BU objectives, results and SEN vision.

• Challenge processes, quality systems and actively seek to bring up suggestions to the International coordinator

• Ensure that all statistics are reported to the International Coordinator on a timely basis as set with the latter
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Degree in a Business related discipline (e.g.: Management, Marketing, International business…)

• A background in Project Management will be a definite advantage

• Minimum of 5 years working experience in client-facing roles

• Experience in a leadership role is an advantage.

• Fluency in English & French (both oral and written) is mandatory. Additional Languages will be an advantage.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills with people from all levels and from different cultural backgrounds.

• Organized, efficient, patient, highly autonomous and proactive.

• Ability to work under pressure, within tight deadlines, and to adhere to strict guidelines/instructions
