To collect the correct parts as per picking list drawn part advisor & store assistant for delivery as quickly as possible.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pick and deliver the right spare parts to the sales counter from the store
  • Assist in the smooth and efficient running of the store section
  • Assist in managing warehouse operations
  • Control of goods in and out of store
  • To be responsible for all store stock transfer and to ensure that every physical transfer tally with internal POs.
  • Unloading container
  • Assist in the achievement and delivery of high level of customer service standards
  • Help in keeping the store area clean, healthy and safe
  • Ensure proper maintenance of the QMS with the ISO Standard
  • Develop knowledge/skills and keep up to date
  • Any other cognate duties allocated by Management and Ad-hoc Business Projects involvement

 REQUIREMENTS

  •  HSC Certificate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT tools

  • Interpersonal and analytical skills
  • To handle spare parts with required care
  • Fast and precise delivery of tasks assigned
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
