Stock Controller

Espace Maison Ltée is recruiting a dynamic and self-motivated Stock Controller to assist in the day-to-day running of the activities of its Warehouse Department situated at Roche Bois.

Key Result Areas:

• Responsible for managing all inventory control and related activities
• Ensure Bin accuracy
• Storage optimisation involving reclassification
• Storage planning
• Delivery management
• Carry out administrative tasks associated with the stock handling, storage and reception of goods
• Carry out daily cycle count and annual stock take as per guidelines
• Verify and approve invoices during dispatch at all times
• Ensure no discrepancies (short/over) during reception and deliveries
• Ensure security, maintenance and control of the store
• Ensure health and safety and work ethics at work

Required profile:

• ACCA Level 3
• Minimum 4 to 5 years experience as Stock Controller
• Strong knowledge of WMS and Navision
• Strong knowledge in: Stock Movement, Store Management and Inventory Principles
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Ability to work odd hours
• Critical thinker/problem solver/detail oriented
• Ability to influence and show leadership capabilities process
• Good Knowledge of Ms Office
