Site Storekeeper / Site Storehelper

Job Profile

We have exciting opportunities for Site Storekeepers / Site Storehelpers to join our dynamic Team to enhance the convenience and efficiency of our stores on sites across the Island.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Procurement Officer / Store Supervisor for stock ordering.
  • Prepare stock report monthly, detailing the quantity of stock available in the store as well as products that need to be ordered to ensure continuous stock availability.
  • Report on any discrepancies noted with respect to materials/tools/equipment on site immediately upon same being noticed.
  • Issue materials as per the indent for different works.
  • Ensure that products are delivered as per quantity required and in good operating condition.
  • Any other cognate duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Holder of a Higher School Certificate.
  • Previous experience in a similar position would be an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude:

  • Proficiency in stock ordering, stock inventory, continuous stock availability and stock reports through data entry skills.
  • Good knowledge in spare parts / contracting field.
  • Good computer literacy.
  • Good written and spoken English and French.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
