The job incumbent will be responsible for managing all design projects from concept to delivery, creating original artwork, generating creative ideas, and reviewing the drafts of junior graphic designers to ensure quality work.

The job incumbent will be responsible for managing all design projects from concept to delivery, creating original artwork, generating creative ideas, and reviewing the drafts of junior graphic designers to ensure quality work.

Main Responsibilities

• Designing graphic content, illustrations, infographics, and videos
• Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery
• Reviewing junior designer drafts to ensure quality
• Using their strong eye for aesthetics and visual details to ensure a quality final product
• Maintaining high standards of quality and making sure that only the best work is released to the client
• Generating fresh concepts and creative ideas
• Ensure brand consistency throughout various marketing projects
• Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Keeping up to date with the industry developments
• Assist the commercial department with events set up and breakdown as needed

Requirements

• Passionate about design and new technologies
• Extensive knowledge of graphic design, styles, and techniques
• Aesthetics skills
• Experience in implementing marketing campaigns
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or any alternative qualification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field
• Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Basic HTML knowledge and HTML editor experience
• Experience with website design and updates
• Experience with Wordpress is a plus
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple simultaneous projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Self-starter and ability to self-manage workload, including taking initiative to propose creative projects
• Video filming/production/editing skills
• Photography/ photo editing skills
• Organised and detailed oriented
• Excels in a team environment, working collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced and deadline-driven setting
