Sales and Marketing Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be reporting to the Head of sales thus the Marketing & Sales Coordinator`s main responsibilities will be to assist the head of sales in drafting quotations, managing different events and hadling customers requests on a daily basis

Key Responsibilities

-        Ability to lead sales through networking and social media of potential clients for exhibitions and advertising.

-        Preparation of quotes and contracts and follow up on same to signed.

-        Regular communication with clients.

-        To be able to sell our products and services to potential clients.

-        Review of sales dashboards and financial data linked to the department.

-        Be a good negotiator and close deals.

-        Planning of installations and dismantling of kiosks with clients.

-        Chase for payment from clients as per applicable procedure.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

-        BSc in Marketing and/or Management or any other related field.

-        At least 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing and/or other related field.

-        Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

-        Critical and analytical.

-        Fluent in English and French.

-        Proactive, Dynamic with good administration, and organizational skills.

-        Excellent communication skills.

-        Computer Literate.

-        Good team spirit.

-        Able to innovate and proactive decision taking.
