We are searching for a Sales and Admin Coordinator to join our team to support the Sales department and ensure the smooth operation of daily and administrative tasks

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
  • Follow up on quotes
  • Ensure that the quality of service provided from pre-sale to post sale is at the highest level with a view to build clientele and promote the company’s image.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and emails.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales orders, and invoices.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the sales manager.

Requirements:

  • HSC/ Diploma or equivalent;
  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably in sales would be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
